📦 Returns

• Easy 30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please email us at greatdealsstoreusa@gmail.com or contact@greatdaels.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with an official return label via email for you to download and print . Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

💰 Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued.
• Refund processing usually takes 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• If the return is due to a defect or an error in the order, Great Deals will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fees.

🚫 Order Cancellations

• Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

• If the customer changes their mind, they may:

  • Refuse to accept the package upon delivery.
  • Or request a return after delivery.
